Tox Client is a privacy-focused messenger built on the open Tox protocol. It enables secure, end-to-end encrypted communication over a fully peer-to-peer network, so your conversations do not pass through central servers. Chat one-on-one or in groups, share files, and make voice or video calls with contacts using their Tox IDs—no phone number or email required. It’s designed for simplicity and interoperability with other Tox clients, and can connect reliably even behind NAT using distributed bootstrap nodes. Feature availability may vary by platform or build.
